Troubleshooting
Can't find the app in the Content Store: Check that your TV runs webOS 4.0 or newer: Settings → All Settings → General → About this TV. Models from 2014–2017 are not supported and won't be offered the app. If the search comes up empty, try just "Easy Photo" — some remotes drop characters when typing quickly.
Code not appearing: Close and reopen the app. Make sure the TV has internet — try opening another web app to check.
Slideshow not starting: Make sure you've selected photos at easyphotoplayer.com/photos. The TV displays a waiting screen until photos are linked.
